These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bets3 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered account on bets3. Duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same person are a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances found to be obtained in violation.
Local Currency Transactions
All balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals on bets3 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank are all processed in BDT with no hidden currency conversion charges applied by bets3.
Fair Play Certified
All games available on bets3 — including slots from Pragmatic Play and NetEnt, live tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and RNG table games — use certified random number generation. Game outcomes are not manipulated by the platform under any circumstances.
Account Security

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bets3 ("bets3", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bets3.app. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion on the bets3 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
These Terms apply to all services offered through bets3, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games (including Evolution Gaming roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and Ezugi Andar Bahar and Teen Patti), RNG slot games from providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, RNG table games, and any promotional or loyalty programme operated by bets3 from time to time.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or continue to use the bets3 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an account on bets3, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. bets3 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by any individual who is under 18 years old. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced without exception.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts on bets3.
- You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or close family member of any employee, director, or officer of bets3 or any of its affiliated game providers, unless explicit written permission has been granted by bets3 management.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the bets3 platform or on any sister platform operated by the same group.
- You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by the applicable law of your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your specific location before registering.
bets3 employs age verification procedures as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. If bets3 has reason to believe that a registered player does not meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years, the account will be suspended immediately pending identity verification. Any funds wagered by an underage player during the period of use will be confiscated and the account permanently closed. bets3 reserves the right to refund deposits made by underage players after deducting any costs associated with the investigation.
Age Verification: bets3 reserves the right to request government-issued photo identification and proof of age from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bets3 may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until identity is confirmed.
Section 3
Account Registration
Each player may register one account only on the bets3 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or via shared devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering your bets3 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You further agree to notify bets3 promptly if any of your registered details change. bets3 accepts no responsibility for losses or errors arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
The information you provide during registration is subject to verification at any time. bets3 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:
- National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth
- A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address
- A screenshot or statement from your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account confirming that the mobile wallet used for deposits is registered in your name
Account verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. bets3 recommends that all players complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals at a later date.
Your bets3 username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bets3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify bets3 support immediately at [email protected].
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
bets3 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods, all transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):
- bKash — minimum deposit ৳200; typical settlement time under 3 minutes
- Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200; typical settlement time under 3 minutes
- Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — minimum deposit ৳200; typical settlement time under 5 minutes
- Upay — minimum deposit ৳200; typical settlement time under 5 minutes
- Visa / Mastercard (issued by Bangladesh-based banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) — near-instant for most cards
- Dutch-Bangla Bank direct bank transfer — processing times may vary depending on banking hours
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. bets3 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match the registered player's identity, bets3 reserves the right to hold or return the funds and suspend the account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed during bets3 operational hours and are subject to completion of KYC verification. bets3 targets a processing time of one business day for standard withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad. Actual transfer times may vary depending on the receiving financial institution. bets3 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard local transactions; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
bets3 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure applied uniformly to protect the integrity of player funds. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where KYC verification is incomplete, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where the withdrawal would result in a negative platform balance after applicable bonus wagering requirements are accounted for.
Third-Party Payments: Depositing on behalf of another player, or receiving withdrawals into an account not registered in your own name, is strictly prohibited. Violations of this rule will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant financial institutions.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
bets3 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who have completed the registration process and, where applicable, the KYC verification process.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. bets3 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility in cases where multiple accounts are suspected.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion's terms and are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
- Not all game types contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. The applicable contribution rates are set out in each promotion's specific terms.
- Bonus offers have validity periods. Any bonus or associated winnings that have not been claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation.
- bets3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, exploitation, abuse, or a technical error affecting the bonus calculation.
- Winnings generated from free spins are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion unless stated otherwise.
Players who wish to decline a bonus must indicate this at the time of deposit or notify bets3 support before any wagering activity takes place on the credited bonus. Once wagering activity has commenced on a bonus, the player is considered to have accepted the associated wagering requirements and the bonus cannot be removed retroactively.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All sports bets placed on bets3 are governed by the specific sport and market rules applicable at the time the bet is accepted. The following general betting rules apply across all markets on the bets3 platform:
- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed on the platform at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. bets3 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.
- In the event of a technical fault, communication error, or mis-priced market (where odds are materially different from the true market price due to a platform error), bets3 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
- Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the precise moment of placement. In-play odds update in real time, and the odds at the moment of confirmation govern the bet — not the odds visible at the time the bet slip was first opened.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on a per-market and per-sport basis. Current limits are displayed on the relevant market page within the bets3 platform.
- Winnings are credited to the player's bets3 account balance promptly after the relevant event result is confirmed. For cricket markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), result confirmation typically occurs within 30 minutes of the conclusion of play.
- For casino and slot games, the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the individual game provider. bets3 does not modify RTP settings. Players can find the RTP for each game in the game information panel within the platform.
bets3 does not accept wagers placed by automated means, bots, scripts, or any form of software that generates bets without direct manual player interaction. Detection of automated wagering activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings generated through such activity.
Section 7
User Obligations
By registering and using the bets3 platform, you agree to the following obligations at all times:
- To provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and throughout your use of the platform, and to update your account information promptly if any details change.
- To use the bets3 platform solely for your own personal entertainment and not for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate, reselling platform access, or acting as an agent for third parties.
- Not to engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to exploit bonus structures, arbitrage opportunities, or game mechanics in a manner inconsistent with fair play.
- Not to use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the bets3 servers or network infrastructure, or interfere with any other player's use of the platform.
- Not to use the bets3 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or the funding of illegal activities.
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gaming and financial transactions.
- To keep your account credentials secure and to notify bets3 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- To exercise your own judgement in all betting and gaming decisions. bets3 does not provide financial advice, and no content on the bets3 platform should be interpreted as a recommendation to place any specific bet.
Breach of any of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles bets3 to suspend or permanently close your account, withhold or forfeit any balance in the account (to the extent attributable to the breach), and take such further action as bets3 deems appropriate, including reporting the matter to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
bets3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or identity fraud
- Suspected or confirmed underage gambling
- Evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or systematic exploitation of platform vulnerabilities
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure
- A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion under the bets3 Responsible Gaming policy
Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, bets3 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and any winnings generated in connection with the breach. Real-money deposits that are not implicated in the breach will be returned to the player's registered payment method where technically feasible.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting bets3 support at [email protected]. Outstanding balances will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method following standard verification procedures. Account closure requests typically take between one and five business days to process.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bets3 excludes all liability for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the bets3 platform
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, even where bets3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages
- Any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, server outages, or circumstances beyond bets3's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, power outages, acts of government, or natural disasters
- Any loss arising from errors in odds, game results, or platform data caused by third-party data providers or game providers
- Any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure
Nothing in these Terms limits bets3's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
bets3's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bets3 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Reminder: Gambling involves risk. You may lose the funds you wager. bets3 is an entertainment platform, not a financial investment vehicle. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose, and make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform if you need to manage your activity.
Section 10
Amendments to These Terms
bets3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bets3 will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the bets3 platform for a reasonable period before the amended Terms take effect.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bets3 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
bets3 may also update its game portfolio, payment methods, promotional offers, and responsible gaming tools without these constituting a change to the core Terms & Conditions. Changes to game availability and payment options will be reflected on the relevant sections of the platform and do not require formal Terms amendment notification.
